Kedge is an Independent Trusted Advisor, Coach and entrepreneur with extensive experience of supporting members of the British Royal Family, international UHNW families and senior professionals including members of Her Majesty’s Government and Special Forces personnel.
Starting her career as a researcher to an MEP and political lobbyist in the late ‘80s, she went on to set up her first business in Poland in 1991 shortly after the collapse of communism across Eastern Europe and USSR. Returning to the UK in the late 90s, she joined the not-for-profit sector, creating WellChild, now the national charity for sick children. Subsequently, Kedge was appointed CEO of Sentebale, Prince Harry’s Foundation for children in Africa and a Founder Member of Their Royal Highnesses Charities Forum.
Four years’ ago Kedge set up Longbow NXG to help families with their human capital needs through developing inspirational and exclusive training, leadership and personal development programmes (including coaching and advisory) for families and their next generation. She then set up Forward Career Coaching (formerly Youngbow) to support more young adults (in education and early profession) with their career and personal development. Rutbusters, a new business, works with senior professionals at career pivot points. All these businesses have one common goal - to create a better world through helping people achieve their potential at each stage of their life.
Kedge is a member of the Independent Monitoring Board at Harmondsworth Detention Centre, Heathrow; a Governor of the Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Non-Executive Director of CMEC (Conservative Middle East Council) which encourages understanding between the region and Parliamentarians.
